DotNet Technical lead, who will be responsible for L2/L3 support (incident and problem management) for a Retail Client, and accountable for working with client teams and offshore support team to meet the agreed service levels.
As the liaison between the business and support team, ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the technical solution that fixes business issues.
Proficient and hands on experience with Microsoft technologies/frameworks .NET, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, TFS Version Control, WCF and MVC.
Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management, Problem Management, SLA Management and handing service requests.
Drive any Critical calls and lead the team from onshore, helping/guide team to fix issues within fixed timeline
Mentoring/Guiding the team with necessary technical inputs, and imparting the required Functional knowledge
Willing to work in shifts and provide on call support during off business hours.
Knowledge of tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or any other similar tools used for application support will be a value add
Retail domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage
