Job Description :
1. 5+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies'' products and services
2. Nice to have manufacturing domain experience. Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution for same.
3. Provide technical expertise for all manual product processes.
4. Determine required algorithms for all automate systems and provide technical support to all production systems and prepare an efficient schedule for same.
5. Provide product support to all systems and manage all requests for systems and assist to resolve all issues and perform regular troubleshoot on all issues and analyze all system logs.
6. Install all internal resources and analyze all software to ensure smooth working.
7. Maintain all functional documents and respond to all customer requests and manage efficient operation of all internal systems.
8. Provide support and manage all products according to customer requirements
9. Extensive experience in supporting application for ASP.Net MVC, C#, jQuery, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
