Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 6 years of experience on the following skills –
Technical Skills -
· Microsoft .Net framework 4 and above, ASP.Net web forms and MVC, Angular 6/7, ADO.Net, entity framework, HTML, Javascript, IIS fundamentals
· Databases: SQL Server 2012 and Above, Oracle 10g
· Version Control: Github
· CICD tools: Jenkins, JFrog, Octopus
· Tracking: JIRA
· Methodology: Agile Scrum
Soft Skill
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as he would be in a client facing LEAD role talking to various stakeholders on technical and business related topics.
Responsibilities:
· As a lead, he should be able to guide the team, plan the team’s work, track team’s progress and provide weekly status to management.
· Full stack development skills needed for above mentioned technologies. (Most of the project are on Asp.Net webforms but now some have been rewritten into angular / .Net webapi framework
· Engineer will have to be responsible for end to end life cycle of the user stories from requirements, design, coding, testing and deployment.
· Participate in all scrum events and provide updates – Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Daily scrum, Sprint review, sprint retrospective
· Will have to contribute towards providing relevant metrics to scrum master on weekly basis.
