Roles & Responsibilities Mandatory Skills:
1. 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience on C#, ASP.Net, Web Services
2. 3 to 4 years of experience on VB.Net and SQL Server
3. Good knowledge on Ajax and JavaScript
4. Expertise in ITIL processes
5. Demonstrated qualities in team management, motivation and drive for results
6. Strong communication and client handling skills
7. Above average troubleshooting skills
8. Ability to manage client escalations and provide actionable improvement plans
9. Present Status Reports
10. Ability to create CSI themes and drive their completion
Essential Skills: 1. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, VBScript
