Job Description :

Position: .Net Developer with Production Support Experience

Location: Philadelphia, PA


Job Description: 

·        Monitor application alerts and troubleshoots problems.  Manage job scheduling tools and monitor repair activities. 

·        Maintain daily logs of application issues and maintenance activities. 

·        Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status. 

·        Address customer issues promptly and accurately. 

·        Resolve application outage problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements. Manage/Handle the outage bridges along with other operational teams and stakeholders. 

·        Analyze root causes of application outages and provide resolutions. 

·        Manage the change management calls and perform data center traffic shaping. 

·        Write and execute scripts to automate the application critical alerts. Provide a status update on daily standup calls.

·        Configure alerts based off of Kibana and Python scripts.

·        Knowledge on AWS lambda, Cloudwatch logs, RDS logs, Microsoft Azure logic apps.
