.NET Developer Job with PUB/SUB , Desmoines, Iowa – Contract

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Title: .Net Developer
MUST have experience: PUB/SUB
Remote to start then 100% onsite once COVID is over or can end the job tenure after remote duration as per the convenience of the consultant.
Level: Senior
Priority: Very High
Visa: Open
Interviews: Telephonic and/or skype
Rate: $55/hr AI on C2C/1099 – Fixed and non-negotiable
They are hoping to have these people on board early June.
The contracts will go through March/April of 2021.

JOB SCOPE:
In a nutshell these people will be integrating the information that''s been loaded into Oracle into their .net systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The new hiring manager went through all of the documentation and has determined that they have to have extensive .Net experience.
Along with some pub/sub background. We won''t need Oracle either because other teams are handling everything on that side of things.
Need .net Soap Services and Pub/Sub model. They have older .Net too (windows)
They have centrally managed data which updates in Oracle - sub service as subscriber. The payload in the queue should have everything needed to update the system.

DAY TO DAY JOB ACTIVITIES:
Say they get a new vendor in Oracle then all of that info will be put into a message sitting in a queue - then we will subscribe to the queue - then go get the message - vendor name, number, EDI and then write that to their systems.
Most of these integrations are coming from Oracle and going to their systems. But there will be a couple where the data goes the other way - but we are still using that pub/sub model. The developers will pick it up, process and then update it to the Oracle database.
Need to be able to understand how to call those sub services. They will have mapping documents - that define the field in Oracle maps to this field in central systems.
Making sure that the data is in the payload and gets pushed over to the system.
