Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise web applications and full-stack solutions.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding software engineers and ensuring best practices across the team.
Collaborate with IT and product stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions.
Drive adoption of modern development patterns, DevOps practices, and service integrations.
Contribute to agile release trains and cross-functional agile teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Expertise in C# and .NET technologies, REST APIs, SQL Server, and client-side frameworks.
Strong background in enterprise application architecture, UML modeling, and package management.
Proven experience in DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business models.
