Looking for Lead or Sr. Developer
6 + years of experience in .NET 4.5/MVC, jQuery, CSS, SQL Server

Design Patterns and Architectural Principles
Conduct Design discussions, Analysis and design
Conduct peer review code. Guide and mentor junior team members.
Identify tools for code review automation. Good at .Net, MVC, Design patterns.
Good communication skills and coding skills
Strong analysis and design experience
Capable to design DB
Has good exposure to the finance domain would be an advantage
