Job Description :
REQUIRED Skill Sets:
Required Education: BS/BA degree or combination of education & experience
8+ years of experience in software and infrastructure architecture, system analysis, design, and development, with a minimum of three years focused on large system development and with a fundamental understanding of infrastructure
5+ years of experience as an IT architect (combination of solution architect, system architect, application architect, technical architect, software architect)
3+ years of .Net/C# lead developer experience
Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Fluency in architecture and design across all systems
Knowledge in at least one area of technical architecture
Experience in leading and reviewing designs and implementations with senior engineers
Experience with infrastructure and solution architecture/documenting architectures
Excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and business teams.

DESIRED Skill Sets:
3+ years of experience in Medicaid and/or healthcare systems development projects
1+ years of experience in Salesforce development or Salesforce integration
Demonstrate effective leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Stay abreast of current technologies in area of IT assigned
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, including ability to negotiate compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations as well as interact effectively with peers and management across diverse cultures and fast-paced environment
Recognize patterns and opportunities for improvement throughout the entire organization
