Who are we looking for?
.Net lead having strong hands-on experience in developing Rich UI Web Applications using Angular, .Net Core, WebAPI, tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good experience in leading an offshore development team based out of India. Must have prior experience in a customer facing role.
Technical Skills:
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in developing Rich, Robust and Responsive Web Applications using.
-Angular 4+
-C#, .Net Core 2.0, WebAPI, Micro Services, Micro Front End
-HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap
-Test Driven Development using Jasmine, Karma, NUnit
-JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence
-MongoDB, Oracle
-Splunk Query Data analysis
-Pivotal Cloud Foundry or similar
Angular framework and Single Page Applications (SPA
At least 5 years of working experience in developing web applications with Performance using Google RAIL or similar patterns
At least 5 years of developing Web UI and Client-Side Libraries in Test First approach
At least 5 years of experience in using testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma/NUnit/Junit etc. for Test Driven Development.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Micro UI and Micro Service
Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD
Hands-on experience in Bamboo, Bitbucket, JIRA, Grunt, WebPack
Excellent HTML/HTML5 markup and CSS/CSS3 skills, particularly best practices for responsive web applications
Solid understanding of HTTP, web standards and cross-browser capabilities, Web Accessibility
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
Implementation of front-end optimization techniques such as Lazy Loading, Asynchronous Module Definition, Closures, Image Compression, Minification, Caching and other front-end tooling using Grunt/Webpack and NPM
Familiarity with web components/micro frontends
Hands-on experience in developing client-side libraries or frameworks in C#, .Net Core, WebAPI, NUnit
At least 1 year of experience in MongoDB, Database Indexing, Messaging services like RabbitMQ
Experience working in large scrum teams in an agile development environment

At least 6 years of team leading experience including;

Qualification:
8+ years of hands-on experience in web application development
Education qualification: A college degree with major in Computer Science.
