The Client is seeking to acquire a data analyst with the ability to collect and perform and complex analytics and reporting of call center data. This position will l be utilized within the Office of Customer Experience.
 
The Client is seeking to acquire a data analyst with the ability to collect and perform and complex analytics and reporting of call center data. This position will l be utilized within the Office of Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will support reporting, analytics, trend analysis and data visualization activities that drive performance and quality. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: 1. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. 2. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications. 3. Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field or equivalent experience POSTION OVERVIEW: Data Analysts collect data, such as sales numbers or market research, to help companies make the right decisions. This work encompasses several duties and responsibilities, including: Duties and Responsibilities • Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement • Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions • Structure large data sets to find usable information • Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings • Collecting and interpreting data. • Analyzing results. • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business. • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets. • Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs. Qualifications • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS) • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to set and meet deadlines • Ability to work in high-pressure situations • Technical writing skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written/verbal communication skills • Ability to QA and troubleshoot data • A high level of mathematical ability. • Programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle, and Python. • The ability to analyze, model and interpret data. • Problem-solving skills. • A methodical and logical approach. • Accuracy and attention to detail.
