Our challenge
We are seeking a dedicated Discovery/SACM Architect specialized in ServiceNow SPM, Cloud Discovery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching, developing, and maintaining Discovery patterns within ServiceNow, focusing on streamlining service management and portfolio activities. This role requires expertise in pattern development, incident resolution, and working with diverse environments including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management .
- Develop, update, and optimize Discovery patterns to support ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management activities.
- Handle incidents related to Discovery workflows, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management
- Maintain detailed documentation of discovery patterns, procedures, and solutions.
- Stay updated with best practices and new features related to ServiceNow Discovery and SPM.
- Implement pattern improvements to enhance data accuracy and discovery efficiency.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash).
- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and integrations.
- Prior experience working within an IT service management (ITSM) or ITIL framework.
