Complete Description:

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer is looking for a Disaster Recovery (DR) Specialist to assist in developing, implementing, and testing DR and COOP plans for a variety of OCFO system and network environments. The contractor shall provide expertise as defined in the following section: ? Designing and administering programs to include policies, standards, guidelines, training programs, and a viable quality assurance process for disaster recovery. ? Overseeing and reviewing the testing and implementation of software, data systems, and data networks to ensure that the integrity and security of all electronic data and data systems are adequately protected. ? Facilitating the preparation of organization-wide business resumption plans. ? Assisting in the coordination and establishment of DR programs and business resumption planning across mainframe, server and network infrastructure, and desktop computing environments. ? Coordinating and monitoring simulation testing across multiple platforms, including mainframe, server and network infrastructure, and desktop computing environments. --------------------------------------------- CONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: 1.
