Job Description: Generate new business and expand on existing customer relationships. Execute sales strategies in large accounts, mid-market, and emerging businesses. Acquire and manage large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple buying influences. Negotiate favorable agreements, including favorable payment terms and recruiting fees. Build long-term relationships and gain the trust of clients through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build high-quality, long-term business relationships with clients. Manage client relationships at the executive-level in conjunction with leadership, keeping our company in good standing with clients. Maintain sound idea of Contract/Fulltime/Contract-to-hire roles. Identify opportunities thru networking events and business groups. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients to leverage and set up effective account management. Identify prospective clients & create the go-to-market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical requirement. Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieve committed service quality.
