Job Description:
Conversation of 3D point cloud to 3D model
Creation of pipeline index
Should be well versed with refinery piping structure and ASME standard
To prepare and maintain third party line list/register
Able to coordinate with third party vendor to collect engineering information regarding piping and associated services
Should be well versed with following design parameters:
Pipeline sizing
Services and codes
Numbering standards
Line class
Insulation/ Type (tracing)
Cleansing and standardization of pipeline list from various SOR, such as fusion, SAP and maintenance records
Knowledge of mechanical integrity and information management
Primary skills:
Should have experience in carrying out walk through at onsite and able to prepare PID''s, Equipment & Piping layouts .
Excellent Co-ordination with client
Should have experience in understanding and generating markups on PID''s , layouts , isometrics.
Skilled in review of P&IDs, PFDs, Vender documents review (like GA drawings of equipment, instruments & valves)
Knowledge of relevant codes & standards ASME etc.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Good communication skill.
Good knowledge of Excel.
