Partner with business and IT to define business needs, document current and future state, and help translate those needs into solution requirements that can be implemented within a specified timeframe
Verify and validate identified solution’s feasibility with development team and business.
Analyze and document the business domain information as needed to understand the problem and proposed solution.
Document business needs, including product scope and requirements documents, such as use cases, user stories, process flow charts, screen mock-ups, state transition diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Validate and prioritize defects and enhancement requests from business partners.
Partner with the Business Consultant for real-time mentoring.
