Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Technology Lead Engineer to guide the design, development, and implementation of digital technology solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires a leader who can translate business needs into scalable technical strategies while ensuring system reliability, modern architecture practices, and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of digital technology solutions across web, cloud, mobile, and integration platforms.

  • Define technical architecture, system design, development standards, and best practices.

  • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and actively participate in hands-on development when needed.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve performance, scalability, and user experience.

  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects including requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business priorities into technical strategies.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams in resolving production problems efficiently.

  • Ensure digital solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational guidelines.

  • Manage code reviews, quality checks, and optimization of engineering workflows.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and system modernization strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in digital technology engineering, software development, or solution architecture.

  • Strong background in modern technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Proven expertise in at least one major programming language (such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).

  • Hands-on experience with web and mobile application development, digital platforms, or enterprise integration frameworks.

  • Deep understanding of digital architecture patterns, system design principles, and scalable solution development.

  • Strong knowledge of security practices, data privacy standards, and secure application design.

  • Excellent leadership skills with prior experience mentoring or guiding technical teams.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and make sound architectural decisions.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering efforts in fast-paced project cycles.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
