Job Description:
Scrum Master will be responsible to lead high-performing, multi-discipline feature teams, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive to succeed within our Digital department.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working directly with Product owner, Architects, Development leads and SME s in sprint planning, maintaining product backlog, retrospective meetings and more
Create collaborative environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving
You will be focused on Delivery, and will take complete ownership of deliverables Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence, Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to Scrum of Scrums and stake holders
Analyze current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements
Should be able to manage multiple projects.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Communicate risks and issues at the right time to stake holders and create mitigation plans
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Advocate for the scrum team across the organization and help in delivering projects with scrum framework
Qualifications:
Over 12 years of experience in Software development
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager for software development team with applying Scrum principles and practices
Bachelor s degree in Computers
Scrum Master Certification
Certified Safe Advance Scrum Master (SASM) Through Scale Agile Framework will be a plus
Experience with SAFe / Scaled Agile will be a plus
Proven leadership and motivation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally to senior stakeholders in digital and business
A proven track record of guiding teams on the use of scrum, self-organization and continuous improvement.
Building and coaching teams to high levels of maturity
Experience creating presentations and Visio workflow documents for senior stakeholders in business and digital teams.
Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement
Experience in working operations or Logistics and Supply chain will be plus
