Job Description :
· Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a Project Manager

· Functional background, with knowledge/experience in consumer banking – deposits, loans, cards, mortgages and payments

· Knowledge on Salesforce / Mulesoft or delivered Digital Transformation projects

· Excellent teamwork skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

· Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)





The Project Manager is expected to:



· Track the project strategy and roadmap to ensure the stated objectives are met

· Have overall ownership of Epic, features and stories

· Ensure platform is built in a way it can be ported to client and implementable for wide credit union ecosystem

· Develop the core positioning and messaging for the platform

· Deliver components and business capabilities that are reusable across all the streams

· Participate in show case and signoff sprint deliverables

· Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage platform build
