5+ Business Analyst with a heavy focus on multi-channel Digital Marketing projects
Multi-Channel areas, in order of importance from the manager:
o 1st MUST HAVE experience working on projects involving Digital Marketing / websites
o 2nd SHOULD HAVE 1/2 marketing, mobile markeing. If they’re strong in only Digital Marketing / websites and don’t have either – submit for a review please
o 3rd SLAM DUNK: CDP (Customer data platform) & DMP (data management platform)
Tools:
o They use Adobe AEM – will consider similar including drupal, Acquia, Sitecore, etc.
o They use Adobe Campaign – will consider similar including ExactTarget, Eloqua, etc.
o They use Tealium AudienceManager – will consider similar including Adobe AudienceManager, etc.

Job Description :

The Digital Marketing Business Analyst will partner with the Business Relationship Manager and Business customers to develop high quality business requirements in an Agile environment and ensure that proposed solutions meet defined quality, compliance, and business acceptance criteria. Perform business analysis and design either alone (for small or medium-sized changes) or as a member of a Digital Marketing Business Analyst team for larger changes.

Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Analysis and Change: Identifies partners from all areas of the business, and actively builds and manages relationships according to individual partner needs and levels of influence.
Business Analysis Planning: Selects the appropriate analysis approach to a piece of work
Business Needs Identification: Engages with the business at an early stage to assess and define business needs. Drives reuse of existing capabilities over new / enhanced development. Identifies capability gaps.
Solution Evaluation: Analyses capability gaps and proposes solutions aligned with digital strategy. Articulates supporting reasoning
Required Skills / Experience:
Core Business Analyst experience working on multi-channel digital marketing projects
Must have worked WEBSITE projects using Adobe AEM or other tools like Drupal, Acquia, Sitecore, etc.
Experience in email marketing and/or mobile marketing using Adobe Campaign or similar tools like ExactTarget, Eloqua, etc.
Customer centric Data Management Platform (DMP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP)
DMP / CDP using Teallium AudienceManager or similar tools like Adobe AudienceManager.
Requirements management specifically with Agile Methodology e.g. Behavioral Driven Development (BDD JIRA preferred.
Creating and reviewing user stories
Cross-functional environments
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Pharmaceutical business domain knowledge is desirable but not essential.
