Job Title: Sr.Digital Experience Consultant
Duration: 6+Months
We are seeking a Sr. Digital Experience/Personalization Consultant who will create the B2B digital experience strategy for our client's web site based on Understand the user journeys.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct workshops with marketing and sales business teams to define use cases for website personalizations based on the user journey
Develop the use cases for digital/website personalizations
Develop digital experiences that deliver against their planned objectives, including refining and prioritizing tasks for the website team.
Collaborate with our cross-functional teams on effective pet parent journey strategy, creative development, and optimization as it relates to our digital platforms.
Research and develop a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the pet parent digital experience.
Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners and internal teams to deliver compelling and effective digital content.
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in digital marketing and Web site design and personalization
Experience building and managing B2B facing digital experiences across all platforms and device types to achieve business results
