Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Analytics Lead Engineer to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of digital analytics solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, analytics platforms, and digital measurement frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business insight to enable actionable insights and optimize digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital analytics solutions across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

  • Define and implement digital measurement strategies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee tagging, tracking, and integration of analytics tools (e.g., A e Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium, Segment).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and IT to translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

  • Conduct advanced data analysis, segmentation, and visualization to uncover insights that drive business decisions.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all digital analytics initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide junior analytics engineers, fostering best practices and technical excellence.

  • Stay current with emerging analytics technologies, trends, and methodologies to continuously improve capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in digital analytics, data engineering, or related roles.

  • Strong expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360, A e Analytics, or equivalent.

  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, GTM, A e Launch).

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages for extracting and manipulating large datasets.

  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, APIs, and data integration methods.

  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data governance.
