Job Description :
Role: L2 DevOps SRE Location: Austin, TX Contract Assist & Guide APS (Production Support) Team for debugging, timely/proactive issue root cause analysis across all levels of App/System stack (including Production/Pilot Emergency response either by being on-call for system/application issues of any priority and by reacting to symptoms according to monitoring and escalation when needed. Setup & maintain Telemetry, Logging and Monitoring for site reliability and health. Develop, Track and respond to System and Application Alerts (critical problems and errorsDevelop & maintain System and Application Metrics, Intelligence & Dashboard - gathering data for troubleshooting of all kinds. Harden Systems and Product releases (using coding or tools) where applicable for Resiliency, Reliability, Security and Performance. Automate & Develop Tools for APS and Dev team for data correction, re-triggering transactions and resolving non-Production and Production issues wih faster turnaround. Official Documentation of every action and convert into repeatable actions for service automation. Assist APS and Dev team during implementation review, release management, operations and System/Application health followup.
