Pay Rate Range: $18/hr -$20/hr (Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) plan) + Weekly mileage reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- PC/laptop Deskside | Break/Fix Support | Install, Move, Add, Configure “Laptop/ Desktop". PC refreshes expected. Windows 10 (Windows 7 to windows 10 migrations)
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Managing a ticket.
- Candidate should live near to the zip code 03109.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
