3-5 years required. Look for Junior, Senior is also ok if they agree on low rates.
Responsibilities:
· Laptop migration activities for approximately 1,500 users using Endpoint Manager Autopilot.
· Provide some new laptops and re-configure existing ones with the AVEVA Autopilot configuration, help with the user handover, etc.
· Provide Hypercare support for users who have issues or queries.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
The skilled engineering resources will be required to perform a wide range of deskside and remote support activities including but not limited to:
· Perform refresh, installs, moves and changes for desktop and laptops, must have a solid understanding of desktops and laptop setup, config and troubleshooting (preferably evidenced by the appropriate technical qualifications)
· Install the currently supported Microsoft operating system onto desktops and laptops
· Load an image configuration onto desktops and laptops
· Load standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scripted installs
· Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops and peripherals
· Find faults with basic office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating system issues)
· Understand more complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations
· Provide Hypercare support for any issues that users face and for any that cannot be resolved by the engineer, log a ticket and work with the IT end user services team to find a resolution.
