Hands & Feet Desktop/Laptop support for Windows as Primary and Mac as Secondary Installation/ Uninstallation of approved software's Co-ordination with respective vendor for any hardware changes Knowledge on Images Win 7 and Win 10 and issues Remote Desktop Support Level 2 Support for O365/ Exchange 2003 Good knowledge on Active Directory and its usage to manage end user related issues Email, calendar, task, and contact list support; Interfaces with instant messaging service Tools; Interfaces with Voice messaging systems; Compatibility with web access to email, calendars, tasks, and contacts; Utilization of the Kohler single/simplified sign-on portal for web access and AD; Secure synchronization with supported Mobile Devices; Integration with encryption technology for secure email Group functionality and public folders; Integration with MS Teams and Skype for Business collaboration Tools as required by Kohler ; Email archival Spam filtering and spam management; Antivirus troubleshooting capabilities at desktop level Storage limit tiering, monitoring and notifications to authorized users; and Integration with other collaboration Tools as required Good knowledge to support Printer issues for end users and coordination with Printer vendors IOS and Android Phone configuration including enrollment
