Good knowledge on Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS troubleshooting Installation of CISCO IP phones Knowledge on configuring and installing Zero Client/Dell Wyse client/Thin clients Imaging of windows 7 and Windows 10 Laptops Should have full Knowledge on SCCM 2012 Administration Documenting / writing notes for the help desk problem-solving process, including decision outcomes, actions taken, and final resolutions IT equipment receivables support and updating Peoplesoft Virtual Desktop support (VM ware, VSphere) Remote desktop to the end user Audio and Video support for conference room (Monitors, projectors connectivity and other equipment related issue) Troubleshooting of Printers (Stand-alone/network) and driver related issues Moving IT equipment for end user/Ability to provide onsite support to end users for Hardware related issues Able to provide hands-on fixes for desktops and laptops that include software installations and upgrades. Performing Data Retention & file backups
