DirectClient: City of Fort Worth
Title: Technical Support(Desktop/HelpDesk)
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Duration: 6 months contract
Rate: $25/hr on W2 all inclusive(without any benefits) or $30/hr on C-C all inclusive

Job Description:
• 2 years of experience with installation and supporting desktops, laptops, printers and plotters
• 2 Years of experience supporting current Microsoft Office Suite (2016, 2019, Office 365)
• Knowledge of documenting cases and completing work
• Knowledge of Windows installation/support/troubleshooting tools and working with Microsoft support
• Knowledge of Windows profile management for supporting information transfers between computers
• Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Dameware and other enterprise related support tools
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and client-side connectivity troubleshooting
