Job Description : Desktop Engineer
Location : Dallas, TX
Contract : Long Term
Perform hardware troubleshooting of laptops (level 1,2)
Perform hardware repair of laptop (e.g. mobo, lcd, card replacements)
Ability to install/uninstall software
Ability to follow a documented process
Provide basic support for Windows 10/Office 2016
Prepare new laptop for new user (imaging process)
Migrate users data from hard drive to new laptop profile if required
Setup/deliver new laptop, docking station and monitor for user
