Role: Desktop / Deskside Technician Location: Minneapolis, MN Type of Hire: Contract Qualification Requirements: Associates Degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience 2+ years prior deskside support experience Strong leadership experience Experience should be hands on support as opposed to phone support Excellent customer service skills Desktop Break/Fix Experience with MS Windows 7-10 Experience with MAC OS Experience with office technology (MS Office 365, Web-based Applications, One Drive Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support Experience in large corporate technical support environment Experience with ticketing tools Experience providing excellent Customer Service and face to face hardware support to customers Onsite Scope of Work including but not limited to: Diagnose system hardware, software and operator problems. Resolve client tech issues, determine effective resolution of issues by troubleshooting & analyzing computer system errors of moderate to difficult scope Provide level 3 hardware/software supports to effectively install, support and operate for IT and Business operators. Provide exceptional customer service - communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, IM and face to face Documentation - technical documentation (requests and tickets updates, as well as technical documentation for customers and support teams) Perform internal prep, tracking, and disposal activities, such as imaging assets, wiping assets, preparing physical delivery packages, area organization, etc. Key Skills: Deskside support, Desktop support, Windows, MAC, MS Office, Ticketing Referral Program: Ask our recruiting team about how you can be a part of our referral program.
