Job Description :
Position Summary:-
The Site Services Manager is responsible for testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing of all computers and related peripherals. She/he is responsible for collecting and reporting team metrics to the IT Manager and assisting in the improvement and maintenance of superior team customer service and performance. The Lead Technician supervises daily team performance and provides team direction in IT Manager''s absence. This position is located in client location area reporting to the Service Delivery Manager of End User Computing.

Essential Job Duties:
Install, configure, maintain and repair all computer hardware and related peripherals.
Maintain audio/visual equipment and support conference room operation.
Distribute, install, maintain, manage and provide guidance on all networked and standalone PC software.
Coordinate new installation and upgrade projects across functional areas.
Travel to local remote site within 50-mile radius of Home location. Quarterly, must be able to travel to other Client facilities in other neighboring states.

Additional Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
Under general direction, acts as a project leader on most projects, and on the most complex information technology system problems; and works independently as a high-level technical specialist.
Interface with staff on software license issues: performs software audits to assure compliance with Client policy, State and Federal Information Protection laws, and Federal Copyright Law.
Configure, test and integrate new hardware.
Instruct end users on hardware and software applications.
Coordinates the purchasing of parts needed for repair.
Maintains audio/visual equipment and supports conference room operation.
Research, evaluate, and test new computer products and services.

Requirements:
Prior experience in a fast-paced business environment with responsibility for projects from implementation to maintenance.
Thorough working knowledge of computer hardware, software and associated operating systems is required.
Ability to think critically and provide constructive feedback. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Significant experience with computer based and networked hardware and software systems.
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, excellent analytical problem solving; understand and follow technical directions.

Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting a diverse computer environment.
Thorough working knowledge of computer hardware, software and associated operating systems is required.
Knowledgeable in LAN operations.
Prior responsibility for projects from implementation to maintenance.
Significant experience with computer based and networked hardware and software systems.
Ability to prioritize time-critical activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong, positive customer service experience.
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, server configurations, active directory, DHCP, DNS/WINS.
