Job Description :

Position: Help Desk Manager

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid) 

i. Preferably bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
ii. At least two years of experience as a Help Desk Manager or in a technical support role.
iii. Strong technical background.
iv. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
v. Ability to work under pressure.
vi. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
vii. Strong customer service skills.
viii. Experience working with ServiceNow and ITSM platform is a plus.
