Looking for Help Desk Level 1 Support consultants have multiple roles Onsite in Cincinnati,OH.
Must be strong in Excel and Microsoft Access.
This role is ready to go computers are already ready. We can start all at once ASAP.
1. Excel Knowledge –
a. Formulas
i. Vlookup
ii. IF
iii. Count IF
iv. Right / Left / FIND
b. standard analysis tools
i. Sort
ii. Filters
2. Communications Skills – ability to communicate data issues / analysis to individuals with a wide range of technology understanding
3. Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
a. Willing to work until the task is completed to meet deadlines
4. Complete Daily Assigned Tasks along with time sensitive issues that may arise
5. Ability to multi-task and/or manage several customer’s needs within a 1-day period
6. Knowledge of Access SQL is a plus
