Job Title: Help Desk
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 9 mth+ contract
Job Description:
This work will be completed remotely and on-site
Scope of Work/Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to resolve data quality issues.
- Work with Program Manager to understand landscape of the APS environment.
- Create functional documentation for SIS + Application business processes
Work with IT leadership to determine the priority of documentation. - Work with internal team to post documents to an online repository (i.e. SharePoint).
- Consistently deliver high-quality services on schedule.
Deliverables:
- Functional specifications for IT application processes
- Various ad-hoc reporting requests
- Ongoing data cleansing projects
- Other tasks as assigned by IT Leadership
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 or more years' work experience:
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent organizational skills and focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an environment where multiple technology infrastructures are utilized.
- Familiarity with Infinite Campus or another Student Information System
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Work:
- This work will be completed remotely and on-site - Atlanta GA 30303. The consultan would need to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
