Skills/ Must-Haves :
* MINIMUM 3 years of professional experience designing software ata href=" https://www. linkedin. com/pulse/product-driven-vs-customer-driven-busi nesses-paul-miles/" target=" _blank" >a product driven company/a>
* Experience with Figma
* Experience working in a highly ambiguous environment where they were expected to wear a number of hats and solve unique problems
* Experience designing products that have ultimately been shipped to customers, not internal products
* Entrepreneurial mindset

li>You have strong analytical reasoning abilities, and can quickly decompose a problem to its fundamentals/li>
li>You like solving complex, multi-faceted problems and enjoy exploring the ambiguity inherent to defining a new product category/li>
li>You like shipping, and are willing to make hard tradeoffs in order to get features in the hands of customers/li>
li>You’ re a self-starter, who can proactively identify strategic opportunities for impact even when they’ re not assigned to you/li>
li>You enjoy collaboration, feedback, and iteration. You can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions and opinions/li>
li>You’ re comfortable in a high-growth startup, can balance many simultaneous projects, and thrive in fast-paced environments/li>
