Job Description-
In this role, the incumbent will focus on improving product quality and reliability of the IPSD engine platforms (0.5-18L). The incumbent will monitor the IPSD Engine System product health for current production engine models and provide service engineering support to launch, resolve and communicate CPI issues for IPSD in America s. Provide Tier 3 level support for DSN Tier 2 analysts.
Improve engine system quality, reduce warranty spend, resolve customer engine issues in the filled and drive continuous product improvement.
Heavy interaction with CPI / Engineering / internal and external customers/ Dealers
Technical Skills
Data analytics

  • Think Big / Think Bigger / Dealer Tech or Technical communicator.

  • CANape / DATK / Telematics or equivalent

Education & Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of engine related and/or field experience.
