Job Description:
Mandatory:
· Plant control Automation Systems - (Delta V, Wonder ware, GE Proficy iFix, Dematic Storage, Rockwell etc Primarily looking for Delta V SMEs.
· Experience in working with manufacturing workflow automation products & experience in manufacturing intelligence systems are desirable.
· Experience in troubleshooting issues with implemented MES configuration to optimize quality and operational effectiveness
· Specialist experience in installation, configuration, access provisioning, routine patching & upgrade of MES control systems is MUST.
· Prior experience working in SLA based ticket/incident servicing engagement:
· Installation, configuration, customization & enhancements of applications.
· Participate in cross functional teams (Local site Integrators, Plant Techs, Vendors etc to resolve issues
· Practitioner to specialist experience in lifecycle (H/W & S/W) control system applications
· Exposure in real time monitoring and management tools for MES systems is desirable
· Experience working with a ticketing system - Service Now/Remedy/HPSM etc.
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good vendor communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
· L2/L3 support Activities - Incident fixing, Problem resolution, Service request fulfillment, Change Management, Minor Enhancements
· Should be able to handle application management responsibilities such as downtime management, release management and supporting application audits
· Should be able to coordinate application lifecycle and infra lifecycle
· Should be flexible to work off business hours as situation demands
· Should be self-motivated and good team player
Be open for site travel on a need basis
