Job Description:
Defining the manufacturing processes in 3DExperience DELMIA.
• Analyze the gaps between the needs and the TO-BE deployed release of the PLM application.
• Creating MBOM as per expected processes & Defining Make / Buy strategy.
• Define MID Structure and Data Model
• Define Process flow, create processes, SOP and operator work instruction sheet, Change Management, library definition in DELMIA
• Aid the business on user acceptance testing.
• Trim & Final Process Engineering -
• Preparation of 3D virtual environment of the final assembly area of an Automotive Vehicle assembly Plant. Creation of PPR structure using Team center & DPE.
• GSPAS process writing exposer.
• Managing process for plant & multiple programs in DPE & process designer.
• Dynamic & static simulation done for Final assembly Line use with Process Simulate.
• Knowledge of Resource allocation – Stations, workers, Robots, Lifters& other resources like screwdriver, Battery tools etc. for work area.
• eMS Process Designer, DPE - CAD allocation, Script run and Pert chart clean activities, Deck maintenance activities ( process creation/edition, station and workstation creation
• BIW Simultaneous engineering –
• Design data study for checking manufacturing feasibility, Weld gun selection, weld distribution, Robot placement and Layout optimization of process plan.
• Development of new product build sequence, Gun and spot accessibility Check, Gun & Robot selection for robotics work cell, cycle time calculation, Path planning, off-line programming, etc.
