IT Project Management experience of 5 years
Worked in large team size projects
Responsible for the overall IT delivery of the project.
• Lead IT team members (HCL, 3rd Party service providers) and achieve desired outcomes per the defined schedule for the Project.
• Continuously monitor the project progress and identity risks elements and develop mitigation plans related to end-to-end solution integrity and SDLC processes.
• Drive IT project deliverables with deep understanding of Gilead SDLC/GxP and ensure process adherence and standards are always met.
• Single point of contact for IT project delivery (HCL, 3rd Party service providers) to all Gilead organization (BE, Solutions delivery, TCoE, VAL, Middleware, etc.)
• Manage coordination between offshore-onshore teams.
• Establish review process for all IT deliverables with the application leads to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Drive optimizations within the project to bring in efficiency and improve continuously.
• Regular cadence with PMs for the Project, providing status, risks, and issues.
• Responsible for tracking the Estimation and the Actuals and bring forth any change requests.
Experience : 7 to 10 years of Pharma Industry - Serialization area experience
