· 10+ years of overall experience in software development with relevant experience in designing, developing, deploying the large-scale applications
· 10+ years of solid database management experience
· Experience in service management and exposure to Azure and GCP or AWS
· Experience with programming languages like Java, Spark, python, etc.
· 6+ years of solid Elastic database management experience.
· Create logical/physical data models with best practices for future growth and performance optimization.
· In-depth knowledge of ElasticSearch DB, Cassandra, RDBMS Distributed SQL (Postgres, CloudSQL, Yugabyte)
· Experience running database on Kubernetes platform.
· Experience in configuring the deployment parameters, consistency, replication factor, performance tuning and database monitoring.
· Experience in setting up and managing Cluster across cloud.
· Experience in automation of database setup and scaling.
· Experience with heterogenous database sync mechanism.
· Experience in Continuous integration and Continuous deployment using Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
· Perform IT resiliency experiments by injecting failures into distributed system to improve the systems resiliency.
