Job Title : Database Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL.

Duration: - 12+ Months

Client:- Florida Department of Transportation - FDOT (Tallahassee)

Visa:- All Visa Except H1B Visa

Requirements: 

  • Availability to work three full days per week on Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required); 
  • Combined experience in data analysis and migration/integration for the following database platforms: DB2 for z/OS, Oracle 19c and above, MS SQL Server, Azure SQL (5+ years); 
  • Experience with cleansing and migrating data from legacy platforms to cloud infrastructure; 
  • Experience with data integration tools including Informatica; ..
  • Experience with data modeling; 
  • Experience with technical metadata tools including CA Repository and Informatica EDC; 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for education requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Analyze and develop data quality, cleansing, migration, and conversion requirements; 
  • Plan, design, implement, and support data cleansing, migration, and conversion work efforts; 
  • Analyze data requirements and develop logical and physical data models for relational and non-relational databases; 
  • Implement database objects in support of approved data models; 
  • Develop and maintain technical metadata; 
  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation; .. Assist with training/mentoring other technical staff.
