Under the direction of a data architect, this position will conduct data profiling, data analysis, data cleansing, database design, database implementation, data conversion, and data governance for the State's DMV data.
Role Types: Database Analyst, Database Programmer
Expected Skills: Able to work in a team environment as well as without assistance; can provide input and feedback to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Data analysis and database management
2. Designing of data dictionaries, physical and logical database models, and performance tuning
3. Creation of requirements for database, database schema, data maps, ERDs, application objects (i.e., tables, indexes, views, etc.)
4. Creation of data rules to identify areas for data cleansing
5. Conducting data profiling, data analysis, data cleansing, database design, database implementation, data conversion, and data governance for the State's DMV data
