Job Description :

Role: –Data Scientist
Bill Rate: $78/hour C2C
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Zoom
Direct Client Requirement

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize in vitro study design frameworks through Benchling, including assay templates, sampletracking structures, and standardized data schemas.
  • Create and maintain harmonized data storage solutions that ensure consistency across assay types and alignment with internal data standards.
  • Collaborate closely with biologists, computational scientists, and data stakeholders to ensure highquality, analysisready datasets.
  • Support in vivo study data capture, ingestion, and standardization across the broader data ecosystem as needed.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and deliverables proactively with the manager and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with biological assay data (cellbased assays, platebased readouts, etc.).
  • Handson experience with Benchling, including workflow design, build or assay configuration.
  • Strong experience developing data pipelines using R or python
