Proven experience in handling ERP data migration project in Architect capacity for any leading product like SAP, Oracle etc.
Excellent understanding of Data Migration Lifecycle and Efforts estimation for DM projects
Responsible for E2E Solution of SAP Data Migration project on leading products like S4HANA, Ariba, IBP etc.,

Provide overall architecture of solution and plan for Data migration execution
Participate in DM strategy discussions and implementation planning
Migration Infrastructure planning
Proficiency in at least one ETL tool tailored for SAP migration ( SAP BODS / SAP ADM or Syniti )
Translate business needs into Technical requirements
Excellent communication and listening skills
Work closely with Customer and other stakeholders
Having prior working experience of Customer interfacing role
Provide thought leadership to the DM team
