Job Description
- Simple Data Entry / Process transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy.
- Tracking of the transactions assigned and completion on time.
- Preparation of various MIS
- Daily Reporting of the activities/transactions processed

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for simple data entry / processing customer applications and/or transactions in support of Bank Operations, after reviewing documents and obtain relevant clarification or additional documents as per the standard operating procedures and within SLA
2. Responsible for assisting in reporting / MIS activity
3. Determines the source of problems and quickly communicates and escalates issues to meet individual and/or departments goals.
4. Good knowledge of accounting and balancing principles and banking operations.
5. Assist in updating department policies and/or procedures.
6. Ability to handle high volumes without compromising on accuracy in processing.
7. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
8. Ensure Bank and industry security standards are adhered to
9. Escalate promptly if any irregularities/incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.
10. Ensure all day to day activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements laid down internally and by Central Bank.
11. Identify and recommend improvements to existing procedure and processes, suggest changes for improving controls and reducing cost without compromising on service quality.
12. Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues, resolving these or escalate as appropriate.
13. Provide support to other team members as required to assist in the smooth operation of the department.
14. Maintain awareness of the departments Business Continuity Plan, review and highlight changes if any and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
15. Perform any other duties or tasks required or instructed by the officer / manager to support the smooth operation of the department.
