Data Engineer
Bentonville, AR
Client is looking for a highly energetic and experienced Data engineer with experience working on Azure Data Factory and SSIS. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge on building pipelines using Azure Data Factory and have handson working knowledge on SSIS and C .
As a Datawarehouse engineer , your key responsibilities include
- Do analysis and reverse engineer workloads written in SSIS and C .
- Understand the data model and create a cloud based data warehouse in SQL Server
- Develop data pipelines in cloud using Azure Data Factory ADF for movement of data from source to Azure based
cloud storage Azure DL Azure Blob etc .
- Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
- Develop reusable artifacts frameworks, re usable assets, industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice
- Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Senior Business Analysts, and other client stakeholders
- Working as a member of a design, build and test agile team continuously releasing new features
You bring
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master s degree in a related field is an added plus
- 8 years of experience in data engineering data warehousing
- 2 years of experience in SSIS
- 1 Year working experience in Azure Data Factory ADF
- Experience working in C scripts are preferred even though it is not mandatory.

- Your experience in analyzing SSIS jobs and C scripts.

- Being a self started and having the ability to work with minimal guidance
- The ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A critical thinker that challenges assumptions and seeks new ideas
- Proactive sharing of accomplishments, knowledge, lessons, and updates across the organization
- Experience designing, building, testing and releasing software solutions in a complex, large organization
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems
- Demonstrated understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases SQL NoSQL
Overall Experience level 10 years in IT with min 8 years as a Data engineer
