* 8-12 years of experience as a technology leader designing and developing data architecture solutions with more than 2+ years specializing in big data architecture or data analytics.
* Hands on experience of Data Integration and Data Architecture for Health Plan data
* Must have been part of at least two end-end DWH/Data lake implementations
* Must have experience/exposure of Data Architecture in an Azure Environment.
* Prior experience with Analytics platforms (SQL Server Analytics Services - SSAS, Power BI)
