Job Title : Data Architect
Location Deerfield, IL
Duration : 12 months contract
Experience: 10 + years
Technical/Functional Skills:
* 5+ years of Hands on experience and commanding knowledge in AZ Cloud architecture and solution
* 5+ years of Hands on experience in Azure Synapse, AAS, SQL DW, SQL Server, ADF, ADLS & Power BI desktop.
* 3+ years of experience in providing Architecture solution.
* 3+ years of experience in designing, developing solutions in AZ cloud, execution of AZ Cloud migration projects & provide technical guidance and support
* Broad experience with data requirements, data modeling concepts, data integration, master data management, metadata management, analytics, tools, protocols and practices
* Experience in providing strategy to migrate applications and systems from On Prem to Cloud
* Experience in suggesting ideas for Optimization of Cloud usage costs
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Create a Technology Roadmap/Vision and strategy for a large IT portfolio
* Broad experience with data requirements, data modeling concepts, data integration, master data management, metadata management, and business intelligence/analytics, tools, protocols and practices.
* Collaborate with Key stake holders of various Business initiatives and understand the application system design Develop, manage, and update data models, including physical and logical models of the data warehouse, and data mart
* Work with development team closely to implement the agreed Solution Design. Provide suggestions to reduce and maintain monthly costs for AZ Cloud
* Work with MS Team and Data bricks team and provide Best practices and lessons learnt to the team.
