Technical Skills:?? ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Demonstrate an ability to make good design decisions towards creating a good user experience with the application using latest ETL/Data Virtualization/Visualization Tools. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Understand the functional specifications on moderately complex projects prior design work under technical direction. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Must be knowledgeable in software development lifecycles/methodologies i.e. agile ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Bachelor???s Degree in related field or equivalent experience ???? ?? ?? ?? ??12+ years of experience with Datawarehouse, DW Cloud Enabled Environments, ETL, OLTP and OLAP database models. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Should have 5+ years hands on experience (Design and Development) on any of the ETL tools Talend/Informatica 10.x/ DataStage ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Jointly identify the idea to address challenge ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Create pipeline of disruptive, future relevant solution and contextual innovative solutions ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Develop quick Proof of Concept, Point of View, Fact findings, Comparison of Products / tool / technology ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Views on partnership and collaboration with startups ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Develop roadmap to integrate the agreed ideated solution to mainstream project or application ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Determine and Understand the data requirements and NFRs ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Define Data Strategy and Data Architecture ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Must be knowledgeable in software development lifecycles/methodologies i.e. agile ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Identify, define and Analyze Data and Solution Architecture ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Design logical and physical data models for performance, scalability and availability ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Solution, Design and Develop Data Migration approach,?? ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Guide Developers perform review of work products and provide oversight?? ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Define and review Data Standards, Architecture design principle and processes ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Assist in Data Governance, Metadata Management and Data Lineage ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Be accountable for the technical integrity of the project architecture/design ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Provide hands-on technical direction to other developers to review data model, ETL and resolve issues ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Take part in reviewing, designing, and trouble-shooting project technical architecture, designs, common components, and code ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Skills: Data / Database Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Quality Management, Data Migration, Change Data Capture, ETL ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Tools & Technology: Data Modeling Tools (Erwin etc.), RDBMS, NoSQL, Bigdata Platform (Hadoop Eco system components and programming), ETL (Informatica,Talend, DataStage etc.), Cloud Native data pipeline, Snowflake, Denodo, Kafka & Rest API etc. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Bachelor???s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Skilled in one or more ETL/Data Virtualization/Visualization Tools. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??12-15 years of relevant experience in ETL/Data Virtualization/ Visualization Tools with good analytical skills ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Under limited supervision, interacts with business partners and/or it staff, vendors to gather and document information related to requirements and/or ETL/Report Design for full life cycle of project ???? ?? ?? ?? ??5+ years of experience Dashboard development using Informatica 10.x or higher version ??
