Job Description
• Utilizes Head End System in daily work efforts to extract data for analysis, track ongoing system issues, and conduct searches for emerging AMI network performance trends.
• Review AMI device installation records in ProField Encore for common data errors.
• Combine data from available sources to identify system performance, issues and patterns for use in operational decision making
• This is a data-intensive role that focuses on practical application of analysis results to field-applicable direction.
• Validates initial processes and training materials before they are published to System Analysts
• Track the movement of and provide support for the use of AMI equipment and devices in the field
o Work exception queues as assigned for resolution of system synchronization problems.
• Establish clear failure patterns in data records and determine their generation point (system or manual record entry).
• Create communications and reports on these activities
• Perform software enhancement and defect testing as a primary user of the application.

• Ability to learn AMI and Legacy applications with proper training.
• Ability to interpret individual metering device data through multiple business systems to identify design failure points.
• Ability to collect and analyze data in order to produce performance summaries, exceptions, gaps, trends and opportunities.
• Ability to investigate exceptions and pursue resolution through technical or operational routes as necessary
• Ability to develop database queries for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with transaction investigation and correction through User Interface

• Experience working on repetitive tasks
• Experience on creating daily communications and reports
• Experience with defect management and reporting tools (i.e. Rational) for issue identification, work assignment, communication and resolution.
• Experience with executing business system test scripts, documenting and reporting testing results.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation and account/field/record correction.
